  1. Contact us by email, phone or here within the first 30 days of receiving your products and we will help you organize a refund. We would love to hear your feedback on what you didn’t like as this will help us improve our products even more but also understand if you don’t want to share it. 

  2. Address to post products will be confirmed upon contact as we have warehouses in different parts of the world, we will choose the one closest to you. 

  3. Please forward your proof of your return to hello@sharingkindness.co. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. If you paid customs and local country tax, email us the receipts. 

  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  6. If the refund has been approved, our amazing customer support team will happily refund every cent you spent including:
  • The purchase price
  • Shipping to send from us to you
  • Shipping costs to return the products
  • Any customs and local county tax

Damaged Goods

And we of course also offer replacement or refund for faulty or damaged goods. Please if you have received your purchase and it has been damaged trying to get to you. Please follow these steps:

  1. Take a clear photo of damaged packaging + the damaged or faulty goods

  2. Send us an email with the photos and your order number, stating if you would like a replacement product arranged to be sent to you or a refund of your money.
